Last night I was preaching on "Seven Attributes Of A Proven Believer." As I was discussing walking in obedience, I dealt with one of the Devil's greatest tools he uses to hinder your obedience. It's called bitterness. Many of you are going through very intense and hard circumstances that are bitter to endure. Moses disobeyed God because he allowed the bitterness of what he was going through to make him bitter, very angry, and impulsive. Bitterness will distract your focus, pollute your attitude, disrupt your patience, and disconnect you from walking in God's love. It will defer your hope and abort your vision. It will disqualify you from the promotion God desires to bring into your life. It will substitute your praise with complaint and your joy with anger. This is what the Devil wants! God has a better way. The Bible says, "Be still and know that he is God." He's got you covered. Give it all to God today. Now that's worth getting motivated about! ~ Pastor L.D. Roessler
